I had an excellent experience with this renting agency over the 2 years I rented a property from them. Their service was friendly and efficient, with quick responses to emails and prompt maintenance whenever any issues came up. I only moved out because my family needed a larger home, but I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable landlord!

This was a nice place to live. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were all spacious and had good storage. The location is good as it is close to the university and public transport.

It's a very nice student dormitory. It's close to the school and supermarket and we have a washing machine in the kitchen, which provides us with great convenience. Additionally, the staffs in the unihouse are so responsible. They are willing to handle any problems you might encounter.

Uni housing have been amazing all year, I can't recommend them enough. Every maintenance issue has been resolved quickly and they have been extremely helpful (I was able to use their storage space when moving between houses and have extended my contract to align with my Masters program). Staff have been friendly and respond quickly to emails too.
