Unihousing is an amazing company, they offer really good properties to rent. Been using there services just less then 2 years, really impressed. Amazing Staff, very friendly, very helpful. Kelly & Lisa, are lovely individuals. Making me feel welcome, and always being very respectful. Would definitely recommend if you are a student looking for a studio that isn't too expensive.

I stayed in a Unihousing studio for my final year at university and would definitely recommend them! I’ve heard some horror stories about other letting agents in Selly Oak but I don’t really have any complaints about Unihousing The room was fairly spacious with a good amount of storage, and maintenance issues were dealt with promptly.

The only thing I would say is that the shared kitchen and washing machines could’ve done with some deep cleaning before we moved in. But on the whole, I think you’d be happy living in one of their properties.
