Hi I am Kate, the general manager of UniHousing. I have worked for the company for more than 35 years.
We are really saddened and shocked that you have left us this bad feedback – it is so very, very rare for us.
I’m really sorry we haven’t provided the service you expected, within the time scale you needed.
Without knowing who you are, it is of course impossible for us to respond properly but if you’re shy about revealing who you are, could you give us a little more detail so we can see if we can help you and also improve our service to our other tenants.
If your request was regarding letting a property with us, I’m sorry our properties have let very quickly this year. We would like to increase our number of properties, but this isn’t something we can do quickly.
It sounds like whatever the request was, we were slow to respond. Sometimes communications can go missing, for example emails can fail to be delivered. I really want to understand what went wrong here so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.
We are a top No 1 rated family business and our “why” is to serve, and to do it well, so you can imagine how upsetting this is for us all.
We hope you will give us the chance to change your mind about our service. We really look forward to hearing from you.

I would really recommend Unihousing to anyone in Selly Oak! I have been with Unihousing for 2 years now and have had no issues at all. Any maintenance requests have been sorted swiftly and the staff are always really responsive and polite. The quality and size of the rooms and kitchens are great, I have really enjoyed my time staying in this accommodation!

I have been renting with Uni housing for two years now and they have been great ! Love my room, and the staff are always lovely. Any maintenance issues have been sorted quickly too. I have also been able to use the printer for University work on some occasions and overall I would recommend for anyone wanting to rent in Selly !

Amazing stay
The staff are what makes this Accomodation a great one. Parcels get taken up to your room and doorstep efficiently by Lisa and Kelly and the rest of the staff are very personable and diligent and sorting out issues encountered.
