I am currently in my second year with Unihouse. I am truly happy with the ideal location, welcoming staff and the perfect parcel service.(The staff will deliver your parcels right to your door, which is sooooo nice!) The overall convenience provided makes it an excellent choice for every student!

Love my room! Spacious, well equipped and very close to campus for the price. I’ve had a few maintenance issues, but they’ve been sorted out quickly and thanks to Lisa Crofts, I’ve always received responses and updates through the whole process.She’s been amazing!!

It’s my first year with Unihousing and I gotta say it has been great so far! Even though some of the things inside my room needed to be repaired, the agency responded to my maintenance request and got things fixed quickly. (Kudos to Lisa, she’s really nice and helped me arrange several maintenance:) In addition, many of their properties are SO MUCH MORE affordable than school accommodation, not to mention that most of them located really near to UOB. I would definitely recommend this agency to students who are finding somewhere to live near UOB;)

Been living here for more than a year.
Great place to live.
Close proximity to the Uni, food and marts including the Asian supermarkets.
Strict and safe security measures and standards in place.
Friendly and helpful staff to help sort things.
Good for people who hate sharing kitchens and washers.
And there’s a bathtub as well :)

I’ve been using UniHousing for the past year, and have recently decided to renew my contract for another year! The staff are wonderful, with extremely quick maintenance help, and help keep the house in good shape! Would definitely recommend.
