Have been with unihousing for 3 years now and in my last tenancy with them, lived in a couple of there properties and if and when (as things do) go wrong they have been able to arrange the right tradesman to fix the problem, polite on phone and have always dealt with issues in a timely manner, had some nightmare landlords and properties in my 5 years at Birmingham uni but can't fault these guys, thanks to Ken and his team for there help...

The women in the unihousing office are very helpful, always polite and deal with things promptly. A particular shout-out to Kelly and Lisa who have been great.

It is my first year being with unihousing and they are great with communication. They always reply on the same day and are very helpful.Any maintenance issues are always sorted out very quickly which is amazing and they are happy to give you any information that you need !

Had a very positive experience renting a property with Unihousing. The team are all very friendly and guided the entire rental process excellently making it easy to understand for a first time renter. Any maintenance tasks were handled swiftly and without issue. Most importantly correspondence is great and they are always very clear with communication. The person I had correspondence with has been particularly helpful and they have made what can be a very stressful process, straight forward and a breeze.

I have been with Unihousing for the past 2 years and they have been an outstanding choice. They've consistently impressed me with their professionalism and their exceptionally friendly team. They respond promptly to emails and handle maintenance issues swiftly, often within a day or two. Unihousing is a fantastic lettings agency that I would highly recommend to any student in the Selly Oak area!

Yk what, actually a very good housing company. Very quick to deal with maintenance issues compared to all other student housing agencies I know of. Would recommend all students to get accommodation with these guys.

I honestly have no faults with uni housing. They are all professional and kind, from the first time I went to view houses to when I had to move out of my flat early. They respond to emails quickly, and when the fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning in my flat someone came really quick to sort out the issue (despite them being called into work early they were still really nice!). Any maintenance issues were sorted out really quickly, often within a day or two. They are really easy to reach, with emails being responded to on the same day I sent them, the phone lines are open during weekdays and of course their office is also open. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

In my 1,5 year experience with Unihousing, they are really helpful and easy-going with problem solving. Recommended.

I was a tennant for one of the houses that this company rented from June 2022 to 2023 and have been blown away. For students studying in Birmingham who need a place to stay I would suggest going here first.
1) Have a very affordable call out service if you have locked yourself out
2) As a UCB student, the commute was only 30 mins, even quicker if you are at UOB.
3) Friendliest lettings staff I have met, who are always happy to help and see me
4) Speedy repair services, they even upgraded some appliances whilst I was there.
5) Happy to negotiate better/WiFi packages
6) Property was central selly oak
7) Bills included on my letting so never fought over heating or lights etc...
8) Consistent parking access if you get a permit for the road
9) Only shared with 2 other people and larger properties were available if I wished
10) Most importantly I have not been able to find a property with cheaper rent since regardless of the bills included
Small cons (Some are just virtue of Selly oak/my property specifically though):
1) Furnishing basic
2) My property was a little noisy at night
3) Bedroom was quite small

I hope you all have as brilliant of an experience as I had!

There’s really no spotless housing agencies in selly oak. But unihousing is close enough to that in my opinion :)

Great source for temporary housing.

Unihousing are a great housing provider. No hidden catches and you know exactly where you stand.
All the staff are really helpful and considerate. I wouldn't have any qualms about recommending them to anyone.
