I can’t speak highly enough of Uni housing. If you have a problem or something needs fixing they sort it really quickly. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Nothing underhand or hidden clauses. Genuinely great experience living here for the last 8 years.

My friends and I rented a place back in 2019/2020 and we loved it. It fit 3 of us nicely and had a washer/dryer with a very nice bathroom. The kitchen was great size and the living room was quite nice. Comes with a television as well. I 100% recommend using Unihousing as they will find you a great place to live that is close to the University of Birmingham campus.

I loved my stay in Burton chambers. Amazing location plus proximity to Uni, accessible bus stops to the city centre and the shops were very easily accessible as well. The staff at Unihousing are super helpful and respond quickly when you need them. I 100% recommend this accommodation

Assistance with finding a property
The staff were more than helpful and friendly. They provided multiple properties for me to view, and were even able to accommodate despite me not being completely satisfied and allowed me to view more! Whilst partaking in the viewings I was reassured that the company would be more than happy to remove/provide anything found in the room upon request. Really put my mind at ease during a usually stressful experience.

The maintenance worker got the job done in a timely fashion. It required some awkward positioning in the hallway, which understandably had to block the way. I was allowed to pass to get out.

The studio overall is fantastic, it's quite hard to find a studio with a private washer/dryer, but the unihouse studio provides almost everything you may need in your studio. The staff are gentle and helpful. Living in the unihousing studio is of great value.
