Great value student accommodation
I have lived with them for four years during my PhD research program. The location, cleaning, spacious place and they help always and whenever you want. They gave me a good experience about student housing in Birmingham.
Highly recommended.

For me Unihousing is the best letting agency in Selly Oak for a few reasons:
- always responding quickly to emails and easy to contact in general
- lots of options to pick from when looking for accommodation
- really friendly & helpful staff that are interested in helping you as best as they can
- maintenance responds quickly
I have rented from them for the past year and have already arranged a contract for next year as well, I strongly recommend Unihousing for any students in Birmingham!

Unihousing has an amazing team of professionals who work for them. I managed to book a studio visit with them and told them I was interested in reserving it. After a life situation changing my plans they were understanding enough to refund my deposit. I would recommend them to anyone!

The team were friendly and efficient, and there was a good selection of properties that fit our specific requirements. We have reserved a property for our son for his 3rd year at uni so cannot comment on the service throughout his tenancy but so far so good!
