Wintercomms have been really helpful with tons of free advice to assisting with problems I've had with BT. We have our mobiles with them and will be moving the rest of the business telecoms and internet to them as the contracts come up for renewal.
I'd highly recommend using them for a friendly, personable service that actually costs less than the big corporations.

Fantastic service
Wintercomms made it so easy for me to set up a virtual landline. They did everything for me and it is working perfectly. The service I received was excellent, everything was explained and they worked to find the most cost-effective solution for me. A Business MUST HAVE!
Having started a business very quickly during the pandemic - this type of service was definitely something that we were looking for. Having a landline number makes our business appear more professional and we are never in one place at one time to be able to have a traditional office phone. This allows potential clients and customers to feel like they are dealing with a company that doesn't just run off of a mobile phone - equally it allows us to separate business and pleasure calls. The App is easy to use, good value for money and reliable. Stu offers a very personalised service and is available for any questions, handling them in a manner above of which you would expect. Great customer service, speedy replies and at hand to assist.
We signed up for 8 x8 virtual numbers and platform, and Stu was very helpful. He did things very quickly and provided great customer service and support. If we had any queries, he resolved them or answered quickly and was happy to take on our suggestions of improvement once we got a feel for the platform. Highly recommend this, no fuss, great way to communicate with customers and the at hand service is exceptional.

I met Stu on a BNI networking event and thought that his product for virtual telephones would work really well for our firm Wheeler & Lai Chartered Surveyors.
We requested a demonstration and Stu was very clear and easy to understand, and we knew it would be great.
So we signed up, and have been thrilled with the 8 x 8 product/platform, and Stu was quick at organising our Port of an existing number as well as organising additional numbers that we needed.
The management and organisation of the move / settling in has been great, Stu was on hand to answer any queries, and was quick to implement any suggestions of change once we had a feel for the system.
We would highly recommend using Winter Comms and Stu provides great customer service - speedy, friendly and efficient.

First class supplier of all my business telephony needs
Stu and his team at Wintercomms have been looking after my business telephony for a year now and it has been superb. As a consultant Stu listened to my needs and was abs to offer a service that means I am operational in some form 24/7, 7 days a week. Better I can provide my clients with bespoke offerings that suit their trading patterns and customer service levels.
Better than that if I need a change, addition or a tweak to any of the services I have Stu reacts quickly and knowledgeably ensuring minimal business interruption.

Contacted Stewart as being unable to differentiate between personal and business calls was proving problematic at 11.30pm at night. I knew roughly what I was looking for but had no idea how to go about it and Stewart has been amazing, providing variable options and helping me work out what I need for my business.
Monthly cost is minimal and the advise and support is outstanding. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs VoIP services for any reason.
Hassle free and exactly what I need to provide more of an equal balance between work and home life!
