Ive been with trinity house for over 4 years having my brace treatment. Staff members both reception and in the treatment area are always lovely , welcoming and happy to help. They are kind and know how to handle care without being rude or belittling. Brilliant option for many treatments!

Trinity House has been outstanding. My daughter started her treatment with them as a 9 year old. Dirk explained the treatment plan - she couldn't have fixed braces until all of her adult teeth were through - so we started with a Frankel brace (which worked wonders) and then the fixed braces when she was older. Five years of treatment have been worth it - her teeth are perfect, and I have a very happy 14 year old!
We have always been made to feel at ease, and all of the team have been great, but Kelly and James, in particular, have been amazing. They are professional and caring, offering the reassurance and encouragement that a young girl (and her mum) needed.

My daughter has been visiting Trinity House Wakefield for a number of years.

Her brace work was delayed due to a facial accident near the end of her treatment, causing trauma to her front teeth. As the brace work had to stop for a number of months, this meant all her teeth moved back to their original positions and we had to start again.

The team at Wakefield have been amazing with her and if it wasn’t for her having a brace, we would not have known about the fracture as it wasn’t visible on the 2D xray at our normal dentist. Luckily we visited Trinity House on the same day after we had seen our normal dentist because the brace was damaged.

Amy offered us so much help and support at the time and afterwards, for which we are very grateful. She really helped us at such a worrying time and is so caring. Dirk was amazing, he did a 3D xray, rectified the issue once it became apparent what had happened, and gave us great advice regarding root canal after her teeth subsequently died due to the trauma. Kelly and Sophie have been so lovely with my daughter too, always putting her at ease. If I’ve missed anyone who has treated my daughter it’s only because I don’t know your names but the whole team have all been so friendly and professional and we appreciate everyone’s help there.

The receptionists are really helpful and friendly. All appointments have run to time and when we have needed emergency appointments we have been accommodated.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trinity Orthodontist Wakefield and we are so grateful for all their support through my daughter’s accident. We are on to the next phase now her brace has been removed and can’t wait to reach the end to see the finished result.

My son had a cross bite and he had his braces in 2019 trinity dental surgery did a tremendous job very professional lovely staff thank you for changing my sons life it was a great journey for my son to experience he lacked in confidence were now he has a beautiful clear smile thanks to the staff.
