George and all the team at VetDentist were amazing with my young girl Hope.
They took great care of her especially as she was young dog in an unfamiliar place.
Hope has been a much much happier girl since her treatment.
Exceptional technology used from the initial consult with scales built into the examination table through to the imaging. Very impressed.

Very friendly, very professional, and did an outstanding job. We were shown details photos and x-rays of before, during and after the procedure. We also received a follow up phone call 3 days later to check Ralph was okay. Very impressed!

After my dog was referred to Pet Dentist for investigation of his mouth problems I found the staff very friendly, helpful, understanding and Mr Partridge very patient in what was a very stressful time. Louis now seems to be back to his normal self which hasnt been the case for some time.

We had a very positive experience with Vet Dentist, based on very clear communication from start to finish, so we clearly understood how the whole procedure and how to care for our dog. The aftercare to ensure our dog was recovering as expected, showed really good customer service.

Bob and his nursing team did an amazing job of looking after our little Missy. We had a very traumatic day when Bob shared how serious her situation was and how complex and costly surgery could be given her health conditions. Bob took his time, explained everything to us in an open and honest way and urged us to consider all options. After deciding to go ahead with surgery we can not fault the care given to her, we received a thorough update of her case prior to discharge and notes were sent to our vet the same evening. We cam e home armed with everything we needed to take care of her and had a follow up call the next day to see how she was progressing. We are forever grateful to Bob and the team for giving Missy a chance to continue living life to the full. You are all amazing!

All of this put me at ease.Early consultation.Everything explained I agreed to the root canal treatment in order to save my young dogs tooth. A warm and friendly greeting in an exceptionally clean environment! Seen on time and taken through every step of the planned treatment by Bob.
Left my big lad for the day, due to another procedure taking longer than planned our day was much longer than anticipated however I was kept up to date throughout the day!
A root canal which wouldn't stop bleeding so a temporary cover was needed and 2nd visit arranged. This was explained before treatment started so didn't come as a surprise!
Poor Stanley was away with the fairies when we came away, teeth and gums beautiful and clean and our bag full of goodies.
Absolutely delighted with the result, nurses and vet had a very long day but managed to get through all the patients booked in.

Our beautiful persian cat Bagpuss had been through a lot, 3 previous dentals and had an eye removed. Our vet at Tweed house suggested a referral to Bob Partridge, so glad we went to see him. Big thank for taking care of my Labrador needing a root canal in large canine tooth, the work carried out as good and my dog is out of pain.
They passed all information on to my insurance quickly and efficiently so my claims was paid back quickly.
The traveling for appointments was worth it and see my dog is eating and playing normally again.

I recently visited Vet Dentist when our puppy damaged her tooth and required treatment. The level of care and professionalism we experienced was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the team was attentive and compassionate, immediately putting us at ease. They provided our puppy with gentle care and expertise, ensuring her comfort throughout the procedure. Bob thoroughly explained the treatment plan and post-care instructions. We also received phone calls from the team to check in once we were back home. Our puppy has bounced back and is doing great.

We were referred to Vet Dentist by our local vet in York due to the degree of dental work required for our 16 year old cat Bruce.
From the outset we were in safe hands, communication was great from the off including what to expect and dealing with our insurance provider.
The team were all really friendly, understandable & making us feel welcome when we checked Bruce, even providing a nice coffee ☕️.
The facility is fresh, modern and clean with lots of useful information on media screens.
Our surgeon examined Bruce and gave us a full walk-through of would happen which was appreciated.
When we collected Bruce, the same surgeon reviewed the outcome of the procedure, providing before and after photos using some large screens, again very useful.
We were also provided a detail handover for aftercare.

Overall really happy with the experience and pleased to say a week on Bruce has recovered really well and happier eating albeit with a few less teeth! 😺

We recently attended the vet dentist with Teddy our 8 month old miniature dachshund following a referral from our own vet. Teddy has lots of problems but the most pressing needing to be dealt with was his teeth as a result of his overbite.
His adult bottom canine teeth had grown but were pressing into the roof of his mouth causing discomfort and most likely pain.
Teddy was seen by Georgina who was lovely and went through our options with us; a course of action was decided upon and Teddy was admitted.
We left him in Georgina's very capable hands and went away with our other dachshund Dinky.
By lunch time I received a phone call saying that everything had gone to plan and that once he had come round a bit more we could collect Teddy and take him home.
When we arrived to pick him up a couple of hours later Georgina went through the whole procedure with us, showing us xrays and pictures and explaining what had been done. Teddy seemed no worse for wear for his experience and didn't look like he had just had surgery.
Georgina went through Teddy's aftercare making sure we were happy with everything before we left.
The whole process was made so much easier by the caring staff at the clinic and we can't thank them enough for looking after our boy so well.

After being referred by my local vet, as my lab puppy had broken a tooth, the vet dentist made the whole process as smooth as possible. They contacted me quickly to set up an appointment, raised the pre-authorisation paperwork with my pet insurer and reassured me on what would happen on the day. On the day of the procedure everything was explained to me in detail. All the staff that I met were absolute stars, making the whole event as stress free as possible (special mention to Nicola for providing coffee which was gratefully received). I would have no reservation recommending vet dentist if your pet needs dental work. My puppy is now home and on the mend and vet dentist have followed up with me to ensure that everything is ok. They also liaised directly with my pet insurer to sort out the claim, ensuring I had one less thing to worry about. Thank you to the whole team for making a potentially stressful day go as smoothly as I could have hoped.
