Long Journey
Has been a long journey that brought us in Harrogate to see Doc. Bob and a really complicate situation.
We found a great competence and knowledge and high professionalism .
Also a great kindness and understanding in all the member of the team.
My beautiful Lady Fiji has her nose back in the original shape and her teeth have been saved. We are really glad to be referred to such great team.

Bob and the team were so good to me and my little Border Terrier, Lily. Bob explained everything in detail both before and after the procedure and even rang me on the following bank holiday Monday to answer my questions. I really can't praise this practice enough. Thank you so much!!!

This is the same review as I have posted on the vet dendist website as I really can't say much more..I really don't know where to begin. My one year old cat, Bruce (The Bat Cat as he has a patch of white like a bat sign on his chest) had a lump in his mouth that my vet said needed surgery and recommended Bob. After speaking to Bob and how serious this was I was extremely worried. After extensive radical surgery Bruce is home adjusting to life after his surgery on his jaw. Hes still not out of the woods but I'm hoping and praying that all will be well. I cannot thank Bob and his team of nurses and reception staff enough. A mere thank you would never be enough for bringing hope where we feared they may be none. Bob is honest, compassionate, caring, extremely skilled, a professional and a damn good human being. We met the nurses after Bruces surgery and without there help, again, Bruce may not be home. So I really want this review to show that Bob and his team deserve every award possible, the only reward we can give is our total gratitude. Thank you...everyone at the clinic.

I can not recommend the Vet Dentist enough. The standard of care and the involvement of owners in all steps of care is just fantastic! The genuineness of the staff and their love of your pet is visible, you know they are in good hands.

Thanks to bob and his team for treatment and dental surgery my dog Poppy. Bob and his team were proffesional,friendly,and everything was explained from start to finish.i would definately recommend them.thank you bob.

I can't thank all at VetDentist enough! I brought my 5 year old cat in with Calicivirus as it was making her mouth and gums extremely sore. I had taken her to many vets previously for laser treatment, tried medication, at home care but nothing was improving the situation. When I finally made the tough decision of teeth extractions, I was recommended Bob at VetDentist by my usual dentist. They removed all but three of her teeth and within 1 DAY she was already so much happier and you would have never thought she just had a big operation. She is now happier than the day we got her and I have everyone at VetDentist to thank. They were so patient in doing the procedure with such care to minimise pain and worked late into the night. If anyone is going thought the same situation and is hesitant to remove teeth, I hope this helps. She also hasn't struggled to eat at all since and actually has a bit of a wild side, trying to gum my hands occasionally.

Traveled from Manchester to bring our border collie for dental surgery. Bob was excellent with Dexter and showed he really cared, however he was 100% honest with the nature of Dexter's gum damage and teeth destruction and laid out a plan for surgical repair. We both felt really comfortable handing Dexter over to both Rosie and Bob and we are incredibly grateful to Rosie in particular for staying late into the evening to care for Dexter until we could come and collect him.
We know Dexter's case is complex and are prepared for the need for more treatment, but everything was clearly and accurately (with plenty of pictures on the big screen!) so there will be no surprises if further repair work is required. To end, Bob sent us a copy of the report/pictures so we can have another look in slower time, to take it all in.

I would highly recommend Bob, Rosie and all at VetDentist should your pet require complex dental work. It is obvious that they are experts in their field and we would have no qualms in returning if we had to. Thanks so much for everything you have done for Dexter.

I can’t recommend the team at VetDentist highly enough.

Our whippet Woody has had bad breath for a while now and we were referred to Bob at VetDentist. Since adopting Woody we have cleaned his teeth daily, had plenty vet check ups etc., and his teeth looked good, so we hoped Woody would therefore not have any problems. However, Bob had an initial look, noted the awful bad breath then found worrying areas of apparent gum disease. From here Woody was put under for further proper examination and it turned out that our poor Woody has been living with terrible dental problems and needed to have 6 teeth extracted and quite a bit of additional work. Afterwards Bob showed me exceptionally clear images that demonstrated exactly the work he had done and outlined the reasons why. This was very clear and easy to understand. He then explained the aftercare needed and we have made a follow-on appointment in 6 months for a review and more work if needed.
All the way through the process we have felt in very good hands, from the initial appointment, the great communications, then afterwards we were copied into a detailed report by Bob which consolidated everything he had already told me. This was greatly appreciated as the information given on the day was considerable.
Everyone was kind and caring, basically wanting the best for Woody and Rosie and Laura were both absolutely wonderful, we were allowed to be there for Woody as he went off to sleep and we were allowed to be there as he recovered also. Thank you very much for this, your kindness all the way through the process was greatly appreciated 😊

My young GSP, Fern unfortunately fractured her front canine tooth. Within 24 hours of the trauma injury and upon recommendation/referral from my own vet in the South Lakes, I contacted Mr Partridge at Vet Dentist. It was important for me to give her a chance and try save her tooth rather than opt for extraction. Mr Partridge explained on the phone several options including root canal treatment. One option though was time critical so Mr Partridge offered to see Fern later that day giving me time to drive the 2 hours to his practice in Leeds. I was blown away by his kindness in trying to help her. Along with Arianna Fortunato, it meant that they would have to work well into the evening to carry out the procedure. When we met Mr Partridge, he showed an impressive demeanour towards Fern. He was calm and reassuring. We felt confident Fern was in the very best hands, and it turned out she was. She came round from the anaesthetic and Mr Partridge showed us images of her teeth including the now repaired front canine tooth and explained in detail the procedure that he’d just carried out with invaluable assistance from Arianna. We’re incredibly grateful to both Mr Partridge and Arianna for the outstanding care they showed and are greatly appreciative for them going above and beyond. They truly are specialists in veterinary dentistry. I can highly recommend! Thank you. Julie

We were lucky enough to find Billy when he was 18months old (he's a rescue) and take him home with us. We noticed he had worn down some of his teeth, some eventually exposed the root nerve. They say dogs can take a lot of pain, he clearly could, there were little signs that they were bothering him (i dread to think how much pain he was actually in). We were referred onto ventdentist by our Vet.

We met with Bob and he went through the options to help Billy out, everything was explained extremely clearly to us. Billy returned and had the first round of treatment (root canal) and we picked him up later that day, we were shown through the whole procedure by Bob and the level of detail he went to was excellent. The change in Billy after the first session was remarkeable, he really is a much happier dog! It was a big decision for us to put him through the treatment but were so glad we did it and it was through Bob and his team. He's now had his third session and has some lovely crowns fitted, you cant tell he has them they are that good.

So to round up a huge thank you to not only Bob, but Laura and all the team you speak to but dont necessarily get to meet. They really are amazing!

We went to see Bob as were referred by our vet due to our Collie (Scout) having lower canines causing damage to the roof of his mouth. Bob went through several options that we could try with Scout and we decided the best option would be to cut the lower canines down and crown them to stop contact with the roof of the mouth and causing any more damage.
Scout was checked in there and then and taken to have his procedure. A few hours later we returned to pick Scout up and was overwhelmed by the professionalism of the discharge meeting. Bob had taken pictures throughout the surgery and showed us before, during and after pictures of the procedure and all the xrays showing us the damage that had been caused to the roof of the mouth.

1 week on and Scout is like a completely different dog. You can see how happy he is that the pain has gone, he is eating his meals again and playing with his toys which all had stopped or become minimal over the previous week or 2 before we visited Bob.

We would without a doubt visit Bob again should we need any dental procedures for our pets as the service and aftercare provided by himself and Louise is out of this world. You guys are true heroes to our pets in need of dental help.

Thank you so much for helping Scout out it means alot to see him out of pain and I'm sure no one appreciates it as much as Scout himself.

As a vet myself I know how important the work Bob and his team do is. They took excellent care of my dog Freyja, making us both feel at ease through everything and were very accommodating. The consultations were detailed and I left feeling certain my dog was in the best possible hands. I will be recommending Bob to all of my clients needing dental referrals in the future

Wonderful experience with Bob at the Vet Dentist. Our cat had a strange complication and had to have all but 3 teeth removed, despite the complex surgery his recovery was amazing and we were very impressed with the amount of after care and surgery information we received, informing us and our vet at every stage of the process.

Bob is very caring and quick to help out whenever our cat Bandit needs help, we now have a very happy comfortable cat and it's all thanks to the Vet Dentist!

We we're referred to the VetDentist after our dog broke a tooth. Everything was managed in a caring a professional way, all of the treatment options were clearly explained and it was clear from the start of our visit that our dog was going to be looked after well. The communication was excellent, from the start of the referral to helping with the insurance claim. This is an excellent dentist that I highly recommend.
